Service Description

We will explore the brackish waters of the Acoi River by a Goan Canoe (Vhodem), while being introduced to the scenic eco system rich in biodiversity, which has greatly benefited and sustained the nearby villages. Along the way, we will learn the traditional methods and habits used by our forefathers to preserve this beautiful ecology. As we row through the river we can expect to catch a glimpse of Sea Gulls, Eagles, Terns, Indian flying Fox and different species of shorebirds who seek shelter under the canopy of the surrounding vegetation. The ecologically sensitive vegetation here is a composition of different mangrove species which will leave you bewildered of how extremely beautiful, dense and rich the surrounding is. This leisurely stroll by the banks of the rivers in Goa will truly be an unforgettable experience.
